Who is responsible for your personal data?

Kredavario (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"), operating through the domain kredavario.com, is the data controller responsible for the personal information collected through this website. This Privacy Policy is issued in compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares, "LFPDPPP"), published in the Diario Oficial de la Federación on 5 July 2010, and its Regulations. It also aligns with the guidelines issued by the Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos Personales (INAI).

What personal information do we collect?

We collect personal information only when you voluntarily provide it through the contact form on this website. The categories of personal data we may collect include:

On what legal basis do we process your data?

Do we share your personal data with third parties?

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share your data with third parties only in the following limited circumstances:

Contact form submissions are retained for a period of up to 24 months from the date of submission, unless a consulting engagement is initiated, in which case data related to that engagement may be retained for up to 5 years in accordance with applicable record-keeping requirements. Technical data collected through cookies is retained for the periods described in our Cookie Policy.

Once the retention period expires, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized.

What are your rights (Derechos ARCO)?

Under the LFPDPPP, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data, collectively known as "Derechos ARCO":

  • Access (Acceso): You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you and how it is being used.
  • Rectification (Rectificación): You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
  • Cancellation (Cancelación): You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to legal retention obligations.
  • Opposition (Oposición): You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for specific purposes, including secondary purposes.

To exercise any of these rights, please submit a written request to info@kredavario.com including: your full name, a description of the right you wish to exercise, and a copy of a valid identification document. We will respond within 20 business days as required by the LFPDPPP.

You also have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time, without retroactive effect, by contacting us at the address above.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
